Being a Perfect Solution VA

Recently one of my clients shared with me that her friends were really surprised when they learned she had a virtual assistant. They couldn't understand how someone hundreds of miles away could make a difference. The relationship that's developed between this client and me is not an employer, employee relationship. It's evolved and grown over time into something very special. There are days when we are thinking the same things. There are days when I'll send an email to her and she's writing an email with almost the same content to me.

Being a perfect solution VA is built on trust. It means taking time to learn about your client and what your client's needs are and then filling those needs in a way that's just seamless. It's about making sure that the first impression with your client's customers or clients is the wonderful first impression of the business you represent. It's taking time to do all those little behind the scenes things that make your client really shine forth to his or her customers or clients. It's putting your clients needs in the forefront each day you work for her or for him.

When you've done all that you can do to provide the very best of yourself to your clients then, in my opinion, you have become a perfect solution and are a perfect solution VA.
